Research shows that first impressions of a bank’s website are heavily influenced by design. Most users prefer mobile access, and 88% are less likely to return after a bad experience. Our initial survey with 72 Bank Mas target users revealed that most visit the website via smartphone to find information, promos, or customer support, and expect easy access to payment promos, product info, and help desk on the homepage. Users want a site that’s mobile-friendly, well-organized, and makes it simple to find what they need.
